Born and raised in Hartsville, South Carolina, Elizabeth brings nine years of real estate experience helping families buy and sell both existing homes and new construction throughout the Pee Dee region. A graduate of Clemson University and a mother of five, she understands that a home is more than a place to live—it’s where life unfolds.

Elizabeth founded Byrd + Co. Real Estate as a tribute to her maiden name and in honor of her father, whose influence continues to shape her work ethic and approach to life.

Family is at the center of everything she does. Alongside her husband, a builder, they share a passion for creating homes and helping others find theirs.
